陈伟,教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才(2022),湖北省“杰青”(2022),湖北省“百人计划”(2021)入选者。陈教授2009年于武汉大学化学基地班专业获理学学士学位,2014年在浙江大学化学系获得博士学位。2015-2018年在美国国立卫生研究院National Institutes of Health(NIH)陈小元教授课题组从事博士后研究,2018-2020年于麻省理工学院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT)Robert S. Langer教授(美国三院院士,2021年增选为中国工程院外籍院士)课题组任研究科学家(Research Scientist)。2021年加入华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院药理学系,任教授,兼任Chinese Chemical Letters和MedComm – Biomaterials and Application青年编委,以及Journal of Nanobiotechnology客座编辑。担任湖北省药理学会第十届理事会理事,以及湖北省药理学会党支部青年委员和宣传委员。

陈教授长期从事利用生物启发技术构建药物制剂及智能器件用于疾病诊断治疗的研究。围绕增强药物疗效、提升病人依从性以及增加生物样本采样准确性等关键临床问题,陈教授基于自身的研究背景,学习并借鉴自然界中存在生物原理,发展了系列生物启发智能系统:(1)模拟生物硬组织形成,制备仿生矿化药物制剂,逆转了肿瘤耐药性;(2)模拟生物自发驱动,开发了生物表面修饰及改性技术,调控生物体定向迁移特性;(3)模拟多刺生物防御,成功构建了血糖响应型微针贴片,便利、长效调控病人血糖;(4)模拟刺头蠕虫寄生,创造超强生物粘附微针药片,实现了大分子药物高效口服递送;(5)模拟鸟类舌尖采集食品,发展可富集病毒微针咽拭子提高了流行病病原体检测准确性;(6)模拟海洋生物附着,制作了定向牵引抗菌微针创可贴,高效修复感染性全层皮肤缺损;(7)模拟猪笼草液体引流,发明了智能牙套装置,实现口腔癌早期预警。已发表SCI论文40余篇,包括Adv.
